You can fill one out here. If you're an established customer, just enter your tax exempt number in the "Reseller Tax #" box at the end of your order.
In addition to wholesale pricing, we offer a volume discount on all silk flowers, berries, foliage stems and greenery stems. You must purchase 12 of a single color in order to receive the "12+" price bracket. (Volume discounts are not available on Containers, Accessories, Ribbon or Floral Supplies.)
Please keep in mind that all silk flower pricing is per PIECE.
