Flowers by Design, FBD, caters to the floral design, interior design, home furnishings, display, new home merchandising and gift industries. Established in 1988, FBD carries only the cream of the crop. Many of the most beautifully hand-crafted flowers are ready for immediate shipment worldwide.

Ordering
Prices are subject to change without notice. All items not in stock can be backordered, if available at a later time. Backorders will be shipped when available, unless specified by the customer.
Payment
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged upon order. If an order cannot be shipped or backordered, your account will be credited for the amount plus shipping.
Shipping & Returns
All merchandise is 100% guaranteed for quality and fully returnable. Your order is shipped typically via United Parcel Service. Samples are shipped via regular US mail. We ship to all 50 States and worldwide. Shipments outside the Continental US have an additional freight charge, please email us for a quote. You will be contacted before shipment about any additional charges and desired shipping method.
Returns/claims must be made within 3 working days of receipt. Please contact FBD by phone or email for a return authorization number. Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of merchandise. No refunds are made for shipping & handling charges. Items should be returned securely and in the original packaging. Buyer assumes all shipping charges and responsibility for returned items. No returns or refunds accepted after 30 days.
